Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) On and after the commencement of section 12(1) of the 2019 Act, the amendments made to this Act by that subsection apply to a residential off-the-plan contract entered into before that commencement and in force immediately before that commencement.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the amendment of this Act by section 12(1) of the 2019 Act does not apply to any proceeding concerning the effect or operation of a sunset clause in a residential off-the-plan contract which is commenced before the commencement of that subsection.
