Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn and from the commencement of this Act, an administrator of a supported residential service appointed under section 103 of the Health Services Act 1988 is taken to be an administrator appointed to that supported residential service under this Act with the powers and obligations of an administrator under this Act.
