STATE SUPERANNUATION ACT 1988 - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to—

        (a)     provide improved benefits under the State Superannuation Fund; and

        (b)     introduce a new scheme for new officers; and

        (c)     repeal the Superannuation Act 1958 .
