Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The objective of the Authority under this Act is to ensure that all sectors in the seafood supply chain manage food safety risks in accordance with the relevant applicable standards.
(2) Subject to this Act, the Authority may for the purposes of this Act, perform the functions and exercise the powers conferred on the Authority under this Act or the Meat Industry Act 1993 .
