Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister must appoint one of the members as chairperson of the Trust and may appoint another of the members as deputy chairperson of the Trust.
(2) The chairperson and deputy chairperson may resign their office by notice in writing delivered to the Minister.
