SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 - SECT 83

    (1)     The Regulator must establish and maintain a database of exclusion decisions.

    (2)     If a Panel makes an exclusion decision, the Regulator must record the following in the WCES database—

        (a)     the name of the WCES worker or carer who is subject to the exclusion decision;

        (b)     details of the WCES services that the WCES worker or carer is excluded from providing;

        (c)     the period of the exclusion;

        (d)     details of the exclusion decision, including the provision under which the exclusion decision is made.

    (3)     Subject to this Part, the Regulator may—

        (a)     include on the WCES database any information that the Regulator considers appropriate; and

        (b)     maintain the WCES database in the manner and form that the Regulator considers appropriate.
