STATE TRUSTEES (STATE OWNED COMPANY) ACT 1994 - SECT 22

Provision of services

The Minister is to provide the services referred to in section 21, out of money available, under an agreement entered into with State Trustees or, if the Minister so determines, with another trustee company, person or body.
