Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSustainability Victoria may, by an instrument under its common seal, delegate to the Chairperson, a member, the Chief Executive Officer or any employee referred to in section 17 any function, duty or power of Sustainability Victoria under this Act or the regulations or under any other Act or regulations, other than this power of delegation.
