TRANSPORT ACCIDENT ACT 1986 - SECT 132C

Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction

It is the intention of section 107A, as amended by section 25 of the Victims of Crime Assistance (Amendment) Act 2000 , to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975 .
