TRANSPORT ACCIDENT ACT 1986 - SECT 178

Definitions

In this Division—

"amending Act" means the Accident Compensation and Transport Accident Acts (Amendment) Act 2003 ;

"commencement date" means the day after the day on which the amending Act receives the Royal Assent.
