Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act, as amended by section 26 of the amending Act, applies in respect of a transport accident that occurs on or after the commencement date.
(2) This Act, as amended by section 26 of the amending Act, does not apply to a person who, as at the commencement date—
(a) has been issued a certificate under section 93(4)(c)(ii); or
(b) has been granted leave under section 93(4)(d).
