Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commission may, except as otherwise provided in this Act, pay compensation it is liable to pay under this Act at such times as the Commission determines, whether or not the compensation is determined as a weekly payment.
(2) The Commission must give notice to a person to whom it is liable to pay compensation of the times at which payments will be made.
