Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a minor or a person under a legal disability is or appears to be entitled to recover damages for bodily injury caused by or arising out of the use of an insured trailer, section 168 applies as if—
(a) a reference in that section to a motor car were a reference to an insured trailer; and
(b) a reference in that section to
the driver of a motor car were a reference to the person in charge of a
trailer.
