TAXATION ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 100B

Objections concerning assessments of growth areas infrastructure contributions

If an objection concerns an assessment of a contribution imposed under Part 9B of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 , the Commissioner must consult with the Victorian Planning Authority before determining the objection.
