Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If, immediately before the publication of an Order under section 36K, VHB was a party to proceedings relating to or affecting a transferred financial obligation, the Corporation is to be taken to be a party to those proceedings either in substitution for VHB or as an additional party, as the case requires.
(2) In this section "transferred financial obligation" means a financial obligation the rights or liabilities under which, by operation of or under this Part, are rights and liabilities of, or are assumed by, the Corporation.
