Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA body that, immediately before the commencement of this section, was a participating authority within the meaning of, or for the purposes of, the Victorian Public Authorities Finance Act 1984 is to be taken to be a body that is accepted by the Corporation at that commencement as a participating authority for the purposes of this Act.
