Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsUnless an allocation statement otherwise provides, if, immediately before the relevant date, proceedings relating to former Port of Melbourne Corporation property (including arbitration proceedings) to which the Port of Melbourne Corporation was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after that date, the Port of Hastings Development Authority is substituted for the Port of Melbourne Corporation as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the Port of Melbourne Corporation had.
