TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 23

    It is the intention of Parliament that this Act is to be administered and interpreted having regard to the following—

        (a)     the vision statement;

        (b)     the transport system objectives;

        (c)     the decision making principles;

        (d)     any statement of policy principles.
