TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 296

Head, Transport for Victoria—transfer of property, rights and liabilities

On the first commencement day, all property, rights and liabilities of the former Head, Transport for Victoria on behalf of the Crown immediately before the first commencement day become property, rights and liabilities of the Head, Transport for Victoria.
