Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAnything done by the Public Transport Development Authority in the performance of a function or duty, or exercise of a power, under this Act or any other Act before the first commencement day is taken, on that day, to have been done by the Head, Transport for Victoria in the performance of a function or duty or exercise of a power under the relevant Act.
