TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 303

A reference to the Public Transport Development Authority in any Act (other than this Act) or in any instrument (including a subordinate instrument) made under or for the purposes of any Act, or any other document (by whatever name) prepared or made under or for the purposes of any Act, must be construed as a reference to the Head, Transport for Victoria—

        (a)     so far as the reference relates to any period on or after the first commencement day; and

        (b)     if not inconsistent with the subject matter.
