TRANSPORT INTEGRATION ACT 2010 - SECT 64S

Contingency planning for exercise of certain powers

The Head, Transport for Victoria must develop and maintain a contingency plan for the possible performance by the Head, Transport for Victoria of the functions under section 64C(1)(j)(ii).
