Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSections 8 and 28, as in force immediately before the commencement of sections 3 and 4 of the Transfer of Land (Alpine Resorts) Act 2006 , continue to apply to any Crown grant by way of a perpetual lease or a lease for years issued before that commencement as if those sections had not been enacted.
