TRANSFER OF LAND ACT 1958 - SECT 91B

Incorporation of common provisions

An instrument lodged in the Office of Titles may incorporate a common provision in a memorandum retained by the Registrar under section 91A(2) by reference to the provision in a way sufficient to clearly identify it.
