(1) In any proceedings in a court or tribunal, a document that is purported to be certified by the registrar as a copy of a land use activity agreement or as a copy of an extract from a land use activity agreement is evidence of the contents of the agreement.
(2) In any proceedings in a court or tribunal, a
certificate purporting to be signed by the registrar, that there is no
land use activity agreement for an area of public land is evidence that there
is no land use activity agreement in force for that area, and in the absence
of evidence to the contrary is proof of that fact.
Part 5—Funding agreements
