TRADITIONAL OWNER SETTLEMENT ACT 2010 - SECT 93

Transitional provision for aboriginal title land

Part 3 as amended by sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the 2016 Act applies to any grant of aboriginal title under section 19, whether made before, on or after the commencement of those sections of the 2016 Act.

New s. 94 inserted by No. 67/2016 s. 26.
