Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Chief Commissioner may, for the purposes of facilitating the exercise of the special powers conferred by this Part, give a public entity (within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004 ) directions with respect to the exercise of the powers or functions of the agency.
(2) The public entity is authorised and required to comply with the direction.
