TERRORISM (COMMUNITY PROTECTION) ACT 2003 - SECT 22AI

What is a support and engagement order?

A support and engagement order is an order that requires the person in respect of whom it is made to comply with—

        (a)     the support and engagement plan that is attached to the order; and

        (b)     the other conditions imposed on the order.
