TERRORISM (COMMUNITY PROTECTION) ACT 2003 - SECT 22DS

An application under section 22DR must—

        (a)     be made in writing; and

        (b)     be supported by an affidavit that—

              (i)     sets out the grounds on which the applicant considers that the support and engagement order should be revoked; and

              (ii)     is sworn or affirmed by the applicant; and

        (c)     include the prescribed information.
