TERRORISM (COMMUNITY PROTECTION) ACT 2003 - SECT 28
Court may dispense with hearing by consent
Despite section 27(1), if the parties to a protection application consent, the
Supreme Court may determine the application without a hearing, on the basis of
the parties' written submissions.

No. 47/2021 s. 10.
