TERRORISM (COMMUNITY PROTECTION) ACT 2003 - SECT 42

An appointment under section 13B(2)
that is in effect immediately before the commencement of section 4(3) of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Terrorism) Act 2018 is taken to be an appointment under section 3(2) on that commencement.
