Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The provisions of this Act other than section 20(3) shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the Governor in Council published in the Government Gazette.
(2) Section 20(3) shall come into operation on a day (being a day later than the day fixed under subsection (1)) fixed by proclamation of the Governor in Council published in the Government Gazette.
