Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Trust shall make arrangements for the preservation and custody of the Methodist Church Register of Trustees for Victoria maintained under section 6 of The Victorian Wesleyan Methodists' Act 1887 as amended and any extract purporting to be an extract from that register in or to the effect of the form contained in Schedule Three certified under the common seal of the Trust shall without the production of that register be received and taken in all legal proceedings and in all dealings with land and on all occasions whatsoever as sufficient evidence of the several matters comprised in the extract in so far as they may relate to the land specified in the certificate.
