Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Registrar may make an assessment or reassessment on the information the Registrar has from any source at the time the assessment or reassessment is made.
(2) If the Registrar has insufficient information to make an exact assessment or reassessment of an amount payable, the Registrar may make an assessment or reassessment by way of estimate.
