UNCLAIMED MONEY ACT 2008 - SECT 61

On a review or an appeal—

        (a)     the objector's case is limited to the grounds of the objection; and

        (b)     the Registrar's case is limited to the grounds on which the objection was disallowed—

unless VCAT or the Court otherwise orders.
