Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn and from the commencement of the Melbourne College of Divinity Amendment Act 2016 , a person who is enrolled as a student of the Melbourne College of Divinity immediately before that commencement is taken to be enrolled as a student of the University of Divinity on the same terms that applied immediately before that day to that person as a student of the Melbourne College of Divinity.
