UNIVERSITY OF DIVINITY ACT 1910 - SECT 9C

Failure by church to appoint member

If a church fails to appoint a member to fill a vacant office under section 9A or 9B within 3 months after the vacancy occurs, the Council may appoint a member to fill the vacant office.
