UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE LAND ACT 2000 - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.

    (2)     If a provision referred to in subsection (1) does not come into operation on or before 31 December 2001, it comes into operation on that day.
