UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE LAND ACT 2000 - SECT 4

This Act applies despite anything to the contrary in—

        (a)     the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 and any regulations made under that Act;

        (b)     the Land Act 1958 ; and

        (c)     Division 5 of Part II of the Melbourne University Act 1958 .
