Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The business and affairs of the club shall be managed and controlled by a committee to be elected in manner hereinafter appearing and such committee is hereby authorized to exercise all powers and authorities conferred by this Act on the club.
(2) Elections of members of the committee shall be conducted at the annual general meeting of the club in accordance with the provisions of the rules:
Provided always that any casual vacancy may, if the committee thinks fit, be filled at an election to be held at a special general meeting called by the committee for that purpose.
