Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Attorney-General must cause a review to be conducted into legislative and non‑legislative changes that are necessary and appropriate to improve the experience of victims participating in summary proceedings for criminal offences.
(2) The Attorney-General must cause a copy of a report of the review to be laid before each House of Parliament on or before the second anniversary of the commencement of Part 2 of the Victims and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018 .
