VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 1998 - SECT 156
Validity of decisions
A decision of the Rules Committee is not invalid only because—
(a) of a vacancy in the office of a
member; or
(b) of a defect or irregularity in,
or in connection with, the appointment of a member.
