VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 1998 - SECT 91
What happens if mediation is unsuccessful?
If the mediator has attempted unsuccessfully to settle the proceeding or
any part of it by mediation, the mediator must notify the principal registrar
that mediation has been unsuccessful.
