VICTORIAN FUNDS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION ACT 1994 - SECT 11

Delegation

The Corporation may, by resolution of the Board, delegate to—

        (a)     2 or more directors; or

        (b)     an officer of the Corporation by name of the holder of an office within the Corporation; or

        (c)     the members of a committee established by the Corporation; or

S. 11(d) amended by No. 100/1995 s. 10(Sch. 1 item 8.1).

        (d)     any other person—

any power of the Corporation, other than—

        (e)     this power of delegation; and

        (f)     any other power that is prescribed for the purposes of this section.
