VICTORIAN INSPECTORATE ACT 2011 - SECT 31

A person employed or engaged under section 28 or engaged under section 29 must not publicly comment on—

        (a)     the administration of this Act; or

        (b)     the performance of duties and functions or the exercise of powers by the Victorian Inspectorate.
