Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA person who is duly served with a witness summons to attend as a witness to give evidence at an examination before the Victorian Inspectorate, must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to answer a question that he or she is required to answer by the Victorian Inspectorate.
Penalty: 240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years or both.
