VICTORIAN INSPECTORATE ACT 2011 - SECT 94

A person who is not a Victorian Inspectorate Officer must not, in any way, hold himself or herself out to be a Victorian Inspectorate Officer.

Penalty:     120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
