Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Governor in Council may by instrument, on the recommendation of the Minister, approve a person who is not a member of the Board as an approved person for the purposes of sections 21(3)(c), 35(2) and 42(2).
(2) The term of approval for an approved person
must be specified in the instrument of approval and must not exceed 3 years.
