VICTORIA POLICE ACT 2013 - SECT 190

The Chief Commissioner may request the IBAC to withdraw the referral of a public interest complaint under section 79 of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 —

        (a)     if he or she considers that the investigation of the public interest complaint under this Part is being obstructed; or

        (b)     for any other reason.
