VICTORIA POLICE ACT 2013 - SECT 215

Effect of vacancy or defect

An act or decision of the PRS Board is not invalid only because of—

        (a)     a vacancy in its membership; or

        (b)     a defect or irregularity in the appointment of any of its members.
